高效液相色谱法测定消糖灵胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量

摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定消糖灵胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为349nm,进样量为20μL。结果盐酸小檗碱质量浓度线性范围是14.6～175.2μg/mL,r=0.9999(n=5),平均加样回收率为99.84%,RSD为1.70%(n=9)。结论HPLC法可控制消糖灵胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量,准确度高,重现性好,操作简便。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine in Xiaotangling Capsules. Methods 18 alkyl silane for bonding silicone was used as filler with acetonitrile-0. 05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate（25：75） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 349 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 14. 6- 175.2 μg/mL（ r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 99.84%, RSD was 1.70% （n = 9）. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Xiaotangling Capsules.
