摘　　要：目的开展药物咨询工作,指导临床合理用药。方法设立临床药物咨询台,为患者解答疑问。结果增强了患者用药的依从性,并促进药师知识积累和更新,提高了业务水平。结论药物咨询是全程化、个体化药学服务的重要内容,促进了门诊药房工作的拓展和完善。Objective To offer good medication service by the medication consultation and to instruct the rational medication in clinic. Methods We have established the medication consultation window. According to the specific cases of the patients, the pharmacists answer their questions. Results Eliminating the doubts of the patients, making them comply with the medication and stimulating the pharmacists to accumulate and renew the knowledge are the results of the medication consultation. Conclusion Medication consultation is the extension and consummation of the daliy task. It is necessary for the overall and individual medical service.
