摘　　要：通过文献资料法,对近年来国内外监控运动员身体机能状态的方法进行概括,并着重对血液生理生化指标的研究情况进行了综述。Through the method of documents, this paper generalizes the ways of monitoring athletes＇ function home and broad in resent years, and puts emphasis on summary of the study on blood＇ s physiological and biochemistry index.
