摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料法,对安徽省第6届大学生篮球联赛运动员的来源和管理等情况进行调查与研究,结果发现:安徽省大学生篮球联赛运动员来源结构呈现多元化,竞技能力层次不齐,整体水平较低。究其原因是管理者未能从全局的角度去统筹策划,战略发展目标缺乏长期规划,从而导致安徽省篮球基础薄弱,未能形成小学——中学——大学一条龙训练体制。By using the methods of documents, questionnaire, and interview, this paper analyzes the source and management of the basketball athletes from the Anhui 6th University Basketball League, and gets the result that the athletes＇ sources appear multiple, contest abilities differ from each other, and the whole level is lower. The reasons why our province undergraduates＇ basketball level is low are that the managers can＇t plan in entirety from overall situation, and lack of long term strategy so that lead the basement to be weak and can＇t establish the training system of a complete sequence from preliminary, high school to colleges and universities .
