中国女排运动员技、战术非衡结构及其补偿性现象的研究

摘　　要：运用集对论中的同异反分析法,对2008年北京奥运会中国女排的8场比赛进行对比分析,发现中国女排运动员技、战术能力存在非衡结构:即与对手技、战术能力相比有优势因素,也有弱势因素。在此基础上,提出了非衡补偿和平衡补偿两种补偿途径,以期为中国女排运动员技、战术能力的提高提供借鉴。After comparative analysis on China women volleyball team＇s 8 matches in 08 Olympic Games by using the IDC （Identity Discrepancy Contrary） of the set-pair theory, it is found that China women volleyball players have unbalance structure in their techniques and tactics. Based on these, this article puts forward 2 compensation ways of unbalance and balance, in order to provide some references for them to improve their abilities of technique and tactics.
