摘　　要：分析了安全、风险的概念,给出了安全风险的定义,提出了表征安全风险的三个指标:安全事故发生的可能性、安全事故的后果和作业者安全风险的接受水平,并进一步给出了这3个指标的具体内容,为安全风险理论研究提供了借鉴。Safety risk is an important part of enterprise risk control, and is also the core of the HSE （Health Safety and Environment） management. This paper discusses the concept of safety and risk and the definition of safety risk, and puts forward job safety risk indicators, including the possibility of occurrence of accident, the consequences of accident and acceptable safety Risk. It further describes the content of the three indicators, which is more important for making safety risk standard.
