摘 要:论述了一种线阵CCD扫描检测系统调整和标定方法。建立了检测系统的几何模型;设计了标定靶标;提出了基于靶标图像的视觉系统调整定位方法。采用灰度矩法对边缘点进行了亚像素定位;根据靶标上特征线的实际坐标和图像坐标对系统进行标定,在x方向采用先线性标定再多项式畸变校正的两步法标定横向扫描区域;在y方向采用线性标定法标定扫描行距。实验结果表明,这种调整和标定方法具有较好的效果和较高的标定精度。An adjustment and calibration method for linear CCD measurement system is described. A system calibration model is built,a target for calibration is designed,an adjustment and location method for vision system based on the image of target is presented,and edge points are located with the accuracy of sub -pixel using the gray moment method. In terms of the corresponding relation between the real coordinates and the image coordinates, the measurement system is calibrated, the linewidth in y direction is calibrated with the linear method, and the horizontal area in x direction is calibrated first with the linear method then with the two- step method of the polynomial distortion correction. Experimental results show that this type of adjustment and calibration method has better results and higher accuracy.
