自制质控血清的临床应用评估

摘　　要：目的探讨自制质控血清在肿瘤标志物及激素电化学发光分析室内质量控制中的应用价值。方法选择日常工作中甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原等所需检测项目的高浓度标本,加至正常浓度的血清中调节各检测项目至所需浓度配成自制质控血清。自制质控血清灭活,离心、分装后置于-80℃冰箱保存,每天取出1管于37℃水浴溶化后,随同当日标本检测。结果在罗氏E170仪器上检测,自制质控血清稳定,控制效果良好,重复精度好。结论自制质控血清可以满足室内质控要求,且来源方便,成本低。Objective To explore feasibility of the self-made control serum as an internal quality control. Methods High level samples were added into the blood serum to adjust the requested concentration. Samples were conserved at -80℃. One pipe of quality control serum was diffluenced at 37℃ and detected with daily clinical samples. Results Self-made blood serum was run on clinical system E170 （Roche）, and its effect on repetition and stabilization of quality control serum was good. Conclusion It is a feasible working frame to run clinical samples under the self-made control serum.
