摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析方法,对中国西南地区攀枝花的松树年轮中5种微量重金属(Cu,Zn,Mn,Co和Cd)的质量分数进行了测量。结果表明:在松树年轮中Cu,Zn,Mn,Co和Cd的质量分数随时间推移均呈现出略有上升的趋势,尤其是在2003年之后,各个取样点重金属的质量分数均有明显的升高;大部分取样点2006年的各重金属的质量分数明显高于往年,其原因可能与2006年样品主要是树皮有关。研究结果为该地区提供了环境重金属污染历史变化的重要信息,同时也表明利用松树年轮化学分析结果来追踪环境重金属的历史变化,对污染元素进行源解析,是一种追踪区域性环境污染变迁的有效生物学途径。The inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry is a kind of method with highly sensitivity, accuracy and low LOD. The heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Mn, Co and Cd) in the tree-rings of pine trees growing in the southwest of China were determined by SERIES2 ICP-MS respectively. The result shows that the contents of Cu, Zn, Mn, Co and Cd increased steadily in the tree-rings from the heart-wood to sap-wood at the five sampling sites after 2003. This reflects that the increase in the bio- availability in this area during the past two decades is not only related to the difference of the metal content in the environments, but also to the difference of accumulation ability of the metals in the pine. Peaks of the five heavy metals were obviously found in rings in 2006 and the reason may be that the samples in 2006 were barks of the pine trees. This indicates that ICP-MS is an effective method to determine trace elements in pine tree rings. All the results provide important information concerning historical changes of heave metals in soil and atmosphere in the environment of this area.
