摘　　要：生物毒素的存在是一种重要的生命现象,它是自然生物界长期进化发展的具有特殊生物活性的化学产物,而且在生源、化学、功能、作用机制等方面表现出多重多样性。现代毒素学、毒素组学、毒液组学的迅速发展成为生命科学的热点研究领域,生物毒素的开发利用在农业、环境、灾害防治、医学、药学也极有意义,尤其是在新药研究中具有特殊的重要意义,对开拓药物的新化学结构类型和新作用靶位富有深厚潜力。The existence of natural toxins is a fundamental phenomenon of life, it is a set of specific bioactive chemical substance, which evolved through a long period from nature. Natural toxins show multiplicities in biogenic source, chemical structure, biological function and active mechanism. Nowadays, toxinology, toxinomics and venomics develop rapidly as novel categories of life science. The development of natural toxins plays a great role in agriculture, environment, disaster control and medical science, especially in new drug discovery. Natural toxins are important potential pool for novel motifs of chemical structure and new drug targets.
