摘 要:目的:对毛菊苣地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用多种柱层析方法进行分离纯化, 通过 1H, 13C NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从毛菊苣地上部分的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位分离得到了11个化合物, 分别鉴定为莴苣苦素(1),山莴苣苦素(2),七叶内酯(3),菊苣苷(4),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(5),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(6),异槲皮苷(7),异鼠李素(8),槲皮素(9),肌苷(10),对羟基苯甲酸 (11)。结论:化合物4-11为首次从毛菊苣中分得,5-6,8-11为首次从菊苣属中分得。AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Cichorium glandulosum Boiss. et Huet. METHODS: Various column chromatographic methods were applied for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as lactucin (1), lactucopicrin (2), esculetin (3), cichoriin (4), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide (5), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide (6), isoquercitrin (7), isorhamnetin (8), quercetin (9), inosine (10) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (11). CONCLUSION: Compounds 4-11 were obtained from this plant firstly and compounds 5-6, 8-11 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
