摘　　要：【目的】探讨可溶性P-选择素（sP-selectin）血清水平与心房颤动（房颤）血栓栓塞形成的相关性。【方法】对116例非瓣膜性房颤并发血栓栓塞患者及129例非瓣膜性房颤患者血浆sP-selectin水平进行测定。【结果】非瓣膜性房颤并发血栓栓塞组sP-selectin血清水平与对照组存在显著性差异[（42．4±8．2）μg／mLVS（36．3±8．4）±g／mL（P〈0．01）]。[结论]sP-selectin水平的升高与房颤患者血栓形成相关。[Objective]To investigate the association between sP-selectin levels and thromboembolic events in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation（AF）. [Methods]sP-selectin levels were quantified by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 116 nonvalvular AF patients with thromboembolic events and 129 nonvalvular AF controls without tbromboembolic events. [ResultslThere were statistical differences in levels of sP-selectin between patients and controls（42.4±8.2μg/mL VS 36.3±8.4μg/mL, P d0. 001）. [Conclusion]This study revealed a relationship between serum sP-selectin levels and thromboembolic events in patients with nonvalvular AF.
