孕妇单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型感染的分子流行病学调查

摘　　要：采用ＤＮＡ聚合酶链反应即ＰＣＲ法调查了大连市８００名孕妇和２００名已婚非妊娠期妇女（作对照组）宫颈ＨＳＶ－Ⅱ型感染情况。结果表明孕妇组感染率为１８．０％，对照组感染率为６．０％，总感染率为１５．６％，两组比较有差别（Ｐ＜０．０５），即孕妇的感染率高于对照组。孕妇感染阳性者的异常妊娠结局占１２．５％，感染阴性的异常妊娠结局占０．７６％，两组比较有非常显著差别（Ｐ＜０．０１）。An investigation on HSV Ⅱ infection of cervix was carried out among 800 pregnant and 200 married non pregnant women as control group in Dalian by PCR.The results indicated that the total infection rate was 15 6%.The positive rate in the pregnant and control group was 18 0%(144/800) and 6 0%(12/200), showing a difference ( P <0 05).That is, the positive rate of infection among the prenant women was higher than the control group. The pregnancy outcomes were followed up, too.The rate of abnormal outcomes were respectively 12 5%(18/144) and 0 76%(5/656) in infected and normal group among the pregnant women, showing a marked difference.( P <0 01)
