摘  要:针对光路准直工业控制现场,步进电机数量繁多,组网困难,实时性要求高等使用特点,提出了一种基于实时以太网EtherCAT总线网络架构下的集散式电机软逻辑控制方案。用一台PC控制器,结合软件实时内核技术,取代传统PLC,完成了现场多台电机实时运动控制、网络通信及上位监控等多种功能。实践证明,该方案具有组网方便、I/O响应速度快、接线简单等优点,是一种解决步进电机群控问题的最佳方案。In the scene of optical path collimation, with the difficulty of organize net structure because of the great number of stepper motors and the rigorous requirement of high real-time, provided a soft logic control scheme to control distributed stepper motors, which was based on the high speed EtberCAT(Etheruet for Control Automation Technology ) field bus network structure. With one PC control platform combining real time kerneled technology of software and substituting PC controller for PLC, it fulfilled such functions as real time control , net communication , monitoring of clusters stepper motors on the spot. The practice resuh shows that it is one of the best scheme to control cluster stepper motors with advantages of convenient organizing net , fast response I/O, simple connection.
