摘　　要：介绍一种基于多功能基波谐波三相电能专用计量芯片ATT7022B的电网参数综合监测仪,系统以单片机C8051F020为控制核心,ATT7022B采集电能参数,LCD与触摸屏结合显示测量参数,采用软件校表。此方案采用专用电能计量芯片测量各种电能参数,具有高精度,多功能和智能化等优点。特别是采用与触摸屏结合的软件校表更是极大的简化了校表程序,校表精度也有较大的提高。The paper introduced a kind of electrical network parameter synthesis monitor based on the multi-functional special metering IC ATT7022B for the fundamental and harmonic three-phase voltage. The core of controlling was MCU C8051F020, power parameter was collected by ATT7022B and measurement parameters are displayed by the combination of LCD and touch screen, it also was adopted that software correcting of the meter. The scheme have many excellences such as high precision, multi-function, intelligence and so on. In particular, the software correcting meter of touch screen combining with software program has simplified the check procedure greatly, and enhanced the check precision.
