艾克清胶囊对荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾克清胶囊对荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率的影响。方法:艾克清胶囊分别按每日每公斤体重1.0g、2.0g、4.0g给小鼠灌胃给药,连续给药10d,然后眼眶静脉丛取血,测定T淋巴细胞酯酶的染色率。结果:艾克清胶囊能升高荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞酯酶的染色率(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:艾克清胶囊有促进荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率的作用。说明本品具有促进免疫功能的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Ai Keqing capsule on the dyeing rate of T lymphocyte esterase in the mice with lung cancer. Methods：Ai Keqing capsule 1.0 g/kg/d, 2.0 g/kg/d, 4.0 g/kg/d garage administration to mice, for delivery 10 days, and then orbital venous plexus blood, of T - lymphocyte ester the rate of staining. Results ： Ai Keqing capsule bearing mice can increase T - lymphocyte EST dyeing rate （ P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Ai Keqing capsule promoting tumor-bearing mice were T - lympho- cytes EST rate role. Description of the goods is to promote immune function.
