中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为两组,对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加中药益气养阴豁痰化瘀。结果:治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率70%,两组比较有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上,合中药益气养阴豁痰化瘀,中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛,能明显提高临床疗效。Objective ： To observe the curative effect of combination of Chinese medicine with western medicine to treat unstable angina. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control was treated in common western medicine and the treatment was treated plusing Chineses medical drugs of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and cleaning phlegm and removing blood stasis. Results ： The total effective rate was 92% in the treatment and 70% in the control. There was significant deviation between 2 groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： It could obviously raise the clinical curative effect to treat unstable angina in combination of Chinese medicine with Western medicine. The methods were used the Chineses medical drugs of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and cleaning phlegm and removing blood stasis on the basis of western medical common treatment.
