中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组20例,2组均常规口服西药治疗,治疗组加服中药解毒通脉胶囊。结果:治疗组总有效率83%,对照组总有效率65%,2组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05);血脂改善情况比较治疗组优于对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法确为治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效方法之一。Objective： To observe the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat unstable angina pectoris. Methods： 60 cases of unstable angina were randomly divided into 40 cases of the treatment group and control group 20 cases, 2 groups of conventional western medicine, oral treatment, treatment group serving Chinese Jiedu Capsule. Results： The total effective 83%, total effective rate of the control group 65%, 2 group, the total efficiency of the more significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） ; blood lipid improvement compared to the situation in the treatment group than the control group were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese and western medicine indeed for the treatment of unstable angina one of the effective ways.
