高等中医药院校药学类实习质量监控体系的建立与运行

摘　　要：目的:建立完善的质量管理体系并使之有效运作,保证药学类各专业实习教学的质量。方法:研究了实习教学工作涉及到的各个环节,建立了实习教学质量监控网络体系,突出对实习过程和毕业论文撰写过程进行规范化管理。结果:通过体系的建立和有效运行,优化了实习教学工作的组织领导,建立健全管理制度,实施过程控制和目标管理,加强监督检查,保质保量完成实习教学任务。结论:建立实习工作质量监控体系,达到实习教学目的要求,实现专业培养目标,能够为社会输送更多的优质专业人才。Objective： To set up consummate quality management system and effectual run it to ensure teaching quality of practice in pharmaceutical sciences subjects. Methods：the every link was studied in the practice teaching and set up monitoring network system of teaching quality of practice and paled attention to normalization management to process of practice and write graduation thesis. Results： its optimized organization and lead of practice teaching, set up regulatory regime, process control, management by objective, reinforce surveillance and check and ensure quality to complete teaching task of practice by setting uo the system and utility run it. Conclusion： to set up the monitoring system of quality of practice to achieve teaching purpose requisition of practice and to come true for specialty cultivate objective that could cultivate the more hign quality soecial talented man.
