摘 要:以猪舍内小气候和采样点细菌数作为研究对象,运用多元回归分析、相关性分析和LSD多重比较分析等对舍内小气候和细菌数间的关系进行分析,建立多元线性回归模型,分析小气候中温度、湿度、气压、风速和养殖密度数据与空气中细菌数的关系,对空气中细菌数进行预测。结果发现,影响猪舍空气细菌数量的各因素按影响程度依次为:养殖密度、温度、风速和湿度,通过控制各小气候的数值可以达到减少舍内空气中细菌数的目的。利用LSD多重比较对两种规模猪场采食地点细菌数进行分析可知:用饲槽和地面扬撒的方式进行饲喂二者细菌污染情况差异显著,细菌数比较说明用饲槽饲喂优于地面扬撒饲喂。Microclimate factors and the number of the bacteria were chosed as the objects of study, by surveying pigsties' data using multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and LSD multiple comparison analysed the relations between microclimate factors and bacteria' s quantities and then establishing mathematical models of multiple linear regression of veterinary epidemiology. Adopting the model analysed corresponding relations of temperature, humidity, pressure, wind speed, breeding density and the number of bacteria in the air, completing prediction The results showed the influence extent of various factors impacting aerial bacteria counts in different pig houses arranged as follows: breeding density, temperature, wind speed and humidity, By controlling the microclimate factors to reduce the amount of aerial bacteria would be available. By comparing the number of bacteria of feeding places from two pig farms using LSD multiple comparison method, there were significant differences of bacterial pollution between using feed-trough and caesaring stuffs on the ground feeding on feed-trough would be better than caesaring stuffs on the ground
