摘 要:针对油田抽油机和风机轻载时效率低下、功率因数低,且现有的轻载节能模型要求精确了解电动机的模型和参数,难以用于工程实现等问题,利用异步电机线性化的转矩-转差率关系,对恒转矩负载与平方转矩负载推导了异步电机损耗公式。根据电机铜耗与铁耗相等的原则导出了轻载时损耗最小的控制策略方程,并且量化了轻载的概念。给出了仿真结果,并与恒压频比方法进行了对比,研究表明,新方法较恒压频比效率有所提高,功率因数得到较大改善;而新方法有实用、简单的特点,可使电动机的效率有较大提高。The efficiency and the power factor are lower for oil pump and wind generation at light load, and the control schemes for loss minimization in existence need accurate machine parameters and complex algebraic model. To solve these problems, a new control strategy is proposed which is simple in structure and has the straightforward goal of minimizing the loss and increase the power factor. The comparison of motor efficiency and power factor in simula- tion results between the new method and constant vohs/hertz control are presented. The result shows both efficiency and power factor of new method are increased; also the new method is strongly stable, simple and easy implementation.
