摘　　要：新民主主义理论体系和中国特色社会主义理论体系是马克思主义中国化进程中的两大理论体系,二者是科学完整的理论体系,具有时代性、开放性、实践性、创新性等特征。同时,正确认识二者关系还需要把握几个关系。The theoretical system of new democracy and the theoretical system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics are the two major theoretical system in the process of adapting Marxism to condition in China, which is the integrity of the scientific theoretical system with the time, open, practical, innovative feature .At the same time, to understand the relationship between the two the two major theoretical system should grasp some differenees.
