摘　　要：计算机和互联网的迅猛发展,推动了网络社会的崛起,也为网络政治舆论形成提供了新的平台。网络政治舆论作为一种全新的舆论形式,因网络的虚拟性、开放性、平等性、互动性、便捷性和隐蔽性等诸多独特优势,具有其特殊性。我们拟从现实出发探讨网络政治舆论的形成,使人们更好地把握网络政治舆论,使其更好地服务于我国的政治、经济和文化建设。The rapid development of Computers and the Internet has not only promoted the construction of internet society, but also provided a new platform for the formation of political public opinion. As a new form of public opinion, the political public opinion has its uniqueness for the special advantages of the virtual network such as its openness, equality, interaction, convenience and conceal. We intend to explore the formation of political public opinion from a practical point and better control the political public opinion on internet in order to serve the political, economic and culture construction in China.
