摘 要:阐述了眼电图(EOG)的定义及眼球转动时的眼电图眦角检测机理,由配对测量电极的参考电极电势位置特性,及生物电差分放大器导联特点,引申出眼电图的单极导联方式和双极导联方式。通过两种导联方式的实验数据波形进一步分析说明两种导联方式的理论基础,明确了眼电图检测技术中的电极导联方式。两种导联方式既有联系又有区别,各有其优缺点和适用条件。文中为不同用途的眼电图检测提供了电极导联方式的理论依据。Elaborated the definition of electrooculogram and the mechanism of eanthus detection of eyeball slewing. The homopolar lead mode and the bipolar lead mode of EOG were introduced by the voltage characteristic of the reference electrode on the counterpart - electrodes and the characteristics of the bioelectricity differential amplifier. The theory of two different lead mode were further demonstrated by the comparison of the waveform of their experiment data. Then, the lead modes of EOG was clear. Both the two lead modes have their advantages and drawbacks and they are correlative with each other. In this paper, for different purposes of EOG testing provided the lead modes on the basis of the theory.
