结合生产措施改造洞庭湖血吸虫病易感地带的效果与效益

摘　　要：为探讨结合生产措施改造洞庭湖湖洲血吸虫病易感地带的效果与效益，根据不同地形特点采用矮埂高网蓄水养鱼、封洲造林、封洲育芦和不围垦种等生产措施进行控制血吸虫病流行的试点，收集各项过情指标的变化情况，计算直接和间接经济效益．三年后各试区感染螺密度下降率为94．5％～100．0％，耕牛活动减少率为98．1％～100．0％，田性野粪密度和哨鼠感染率均为0，居民新感染率下降率除不围垦种区无变化外，余为84．4％～100．0％．试区居民直接和间接经济效益年人均分别为170．2元和269元．表明，该措施既有防治效果又有经济效益．篢o expore the effect and benefit of the productive projects on the modification of trans mission sites of schistosomiasis in Dongting Lake, several projects based on the geographic and environmental features such as Fish-culture in the pool with low dam and high nets. Forestation, Reed planting and Cultivating were applied in the waste oncomelania snail ridden beaches in which the transmission of schistosomiasis is very serious. The data of endemic changes were collected and the effect,the direct and indirect economic benefit were calculated respectively. The results showed that the densitiy of infected snails decreased 94. 5%～l00. 0%,and the density of cattle pastured in the beaches decreased 98.1 %～100. O%, the densitiy of positive field feces and infected rates of sentinel mice all were zero. The incidence rates all decreased 84. 4%～1OO. 0% except cultivating areas. The average direct and indirect economic benefits per year of residents were RMB 17O. 2 and 269. O yuan respective ly. These indicate that there's not only the preventive effect but also the economic benefit of the productive projects on the modification of transmission sites of schistosomiasis.
