摘 要:氧气是厌氧氨氧化菌的抑制因素,通过无纺滤布生物膜系统内部形成适合厌氧氨氧化菌的厌氧环境,运行62d,实现0.617kgN/(m^3·d)氮容积去除负荷,稳定运行阶段氨氮和亚硝氮的去除率分别为97.9%和98.7%;98mgN/LNO^2-—N经24h接触产生完全抑制,通过将进水亚硝氮浓度降至20~40mgN/L,运行31d,成功恢复厌氧氨氧化活性,试验末期氮容积去除负荷为O.641kgN/(m^3·d)。ANAMMOX bacteria is sensitive to oxygen which can completely inhibit its activity. Concentration of dissolved oxygen in wastewater along the width of bio-film decreases gradually, so it is suitable for ANAMMOX bacteria at the inner part of bio-film. By utilizing non-woven fabric carriers as a fixed bed for ANAMMOX bacteria,it was successful to achieve 0. 617 kg N/(m^3· d) volume loading of removal nitrogen after operation of 62 days. During the steady running period, average removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen reached 97.9% and 98.7% respectively. In addition, the ANAMMOX process was completely inhibited by nitrite concentration of 98 mg N/L after 24 hours exposure, afterwards, by decreasing the influent nitrite concentration to 20 -40 mg N/L, it took 31 days to successfully restore ANAMMOX activity, finally reaching 0. 641 kg N/(m^3· d) volume loading of removal nitrogen.
