摘　　要：在目前技术水平和经济条件下,采用常规开发方式单独开发JZ25-1S油气田周边的JX1-1稠油油田及其他小油田经济效益差,有的甚至没有经济效益。提出了海上油气田区域开发模式。根据区域勘探评价和产能规划研究成果,将JZ25-1S油气田及其周边油气田作为一个整体区域全面规划、分步实施,获得了很好的油气田开发区域联动经济效益。Under current technological levels and economic conditions, it is poor or even not commercial that JXI-1 heavy oilfield and other small oilfields around JZ25-1S field are developed separately by conventional modes. A regional development mode is proposed for offshore oil and gas fields. Based on the results from a regional exploration evaluation and production capacity planning, JZ25- 1S field and the fields around it are planned as a regional whole, and their development are implemented step by step, resulting in good economic benefits from this regional combination mode.
