卤米松乳膏联合补骨脂酊外用治疗白癜风

摘　　要：目的观察卤米松联合补骨脂酊治疗白癜风疗效及安全性。方法78例患者随机分为联合用药组和补骨脂酊组。联合用药组(42例)用卤米松乳膏联合补骨脂酊外涂,补骨脂酊组(36例)外涂补骨脂酊。疗程均为3个月。结果两组总有效率分别为78.57%,55.56%。联合用药组明显优于补骨脂酊组(P<0.05)。结论卤米松乳膏联合补骨脂酊外用治疗白癜风有较好疗效和安全性。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of halometasone cream combined with psoralen tincture in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Senventy - eight cases were randomly divided into the combination group（42 eases） and the psoralen tincture group（36 cases）. The combination group treated with halometasone eream plus psoralen tincture and the psoralen tincture group treated with psoralen tincture for a course of three months. Results The total effective rates of the combination group and the psoralen group were 78.57% and 55.56% , respectively. There were significant difference among the total effective rates between the combination group and the psoralen tincture group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Combination of halometasone cream with psoralen tincture has high effective and safety in the treatment of vitiligo.
