摘　　要：近年来,我国大学生犯罪呈现犯罪率逐年上升、犯罪类型多样化等特点。大学生犯罪主要是后天原因造成的,其中常见的原因有人生观错误、价值观扭曲,道德良知泯灭,法律意识淡薄等。预防大学生犯罪,是一项长期而艰巨的任务,高校应通过加强大学生的思想道德教育、法制宣传教育、心理健康教育等,在这方面有所作为。In recent years the crime rate committed by college students go up ward year after years, which is mainly caused by their acquired reasons, such as life and values distorted, devoid of moral conscience, and weak legal consciousness. The prevention of students＇ crime is a long-term and arduoustask, institutions of higher learning should strenghten the ideological and moral education, law education and mental health education.
