摘　　要：文章在分析了转杯纺纱机清纱系统的功能需求之后,对系统的检测部分进行了改进设计,提出了基于RS-485总线结构的带智能接口的清纱系统的实现思路和解决方案,并对改进后的清纱系统进行了纺纱对比实验,效果较理想。After analyzing the functional requirement of yarn clearer system of rotor spinning machinery and improving the design of measuring part, the article put forwards the implementation idea and solution of the yarn clearer system with intelligent interface based on RS-485, and made a comparative experiment of spinning with the modified system.
