摘  要:针对高可靠性应用场合,提出一种五相10/8结构容错电励磁双凸极发电机的构成方案。在分析了该电机结构特点的基础上,利用二维有限元电磁场分析软件对电机的静态特性和空载开路故障进行仿真。仿真结果表明:该电机电动势宽度为144°左右,励磁绕组自感基本不受转子位置影响,而电枢绕组的互感也远小于电枢绕组的自感。当一相或非相邻的两相发生开路故障时,对输出电压的直流分量影响很小,而当相邻的两相发生开路故障时,对输出电压影响不可以忽略。The objective of this paper is to present a novel five phase fault tolerant doubly salient electromagnetic generator (DSEG) for high reliability situations. The distinct structural features of the novel generator are introduced and a 2-D FEA model was also developed. Then the static characteristics and non-load open circuit faults of the generator were researched basic on the 2-D FEA model. The results show that the width of the phase EMF approaches 144 degrees, the rotor position has little effect on the self -inductance of field windings and the mutual inductances of phase winding are much lower than the self inductances of phase windings. If one phase winding or two non-adjacent phase winding open circuit faults occur, the generator can still supply the qualified power to the load. While two adjacent phase winding open circuit faults occurs, the influence to the output voltage can not be ignored.
