摘 要:针对硬开关逆变器开关损耗大的问题,提出了一种控制简单的软开关PWM逆变器的拓扑结构,其拓扑结构中没有辅助开关器件,每相设置有一组谐振电感,保证各相的谐振不会互相干扰。对拓扑结构及其效率进行了理论分析。仿真结果表明,与未改进的拓扑结构相比,开关器件开通时电流没有突变,开关器件开通时的电流变化率和关断时的电压变化率被有效地降低,各相的工作过程相互独立。实验结果表明:与硬开关逆变器相比,输出线电压的畸变率降低了,效率得到了改善。该软开关逆变器能减小开关损耗,有效地提高效率和输出波形的质量。In view of large switching loss in the hard-switching inverter, a soft-switching inverter with simple control was proposed. There were no auxiliary switching devices in the new topology. In addition, there was a group of resonant inductors in every phase, so there was no mutual influence in resonant process. The topology and efficiency were theoretically analyzed in detail. The simulation results showed current had no sudden increase during turn on transient. The proposed soft-switching inverter could effectively reduce di/dt during turn on transient and du/dt during turn off transient. The resonant process of every phase was independent. The experimental results illustrated distortion ratio of line voltage and efficiency were improved, compared with hard-switching inverter. The proposed soft-switching inverter can reduce switching loss, enhance efficiency and quality of output waveforms.
