摘  要:针对结构特殊的潜油电机工作时温度无法测量的问题,通过对其一个转子单元的部分铁心及半个扶正轴承建立三维有限元模型;利用流体力学及传热学原理,结合潜油电机特殊的油路冷却循环系统,计算了气隙中绝缘油与转子铁心表面和空心转轴中润滑油的对流换热系数;根据计算电磁场求解出的热源,结合相关系数,对其转子三维稳态温度场进行了求解,得到潜油电机转子和相关部件的温度分布,同时将本文与其他方法计算结果进行对比分析,证明计算模型和方法的准确性。According to the problem of unmeasurable working temperature of submersible motor, it established three-dimension finite element model of part of rotor iron core and half a rotor bearing in rotor three-dimension temperature field. The convective heat transfer coefficient between the lubrication oil in air gap of motor and rotor surface, oil of hollow shaft' s were got by the heat transfer and fluid mechanics theory. According to loss value calculated by electromagnetic field and convective heat transfer coefficient on the surface, it calculated in the temperature field, and then got the temperature distribution map of rotor and relevant components. Compared finite element method results with other method results, it did contrastive analysis and proved thermal field model and method accuracy.
