摘 要:针对传统PWM方波控制方法受开关频率限制,很难应用于某些小电感方波无刷电机驱动场合,提出了一种倍频PWM控制方法。这种方法力图在功率开关的开关频率不变的情况下,使永磁无刷电动机绕组的充放电频率提高为开关频率的二倍,减小绕组电流波动,改善绕组电流波形。分析了倍频PWM控制方法的工作原理,采用XC886为主控芯片实现了对一个相电感为125μH永磁无刷电机的倍频PWM控制。实验结果表明绕组的充放电频率升高一倍后,稳态电流的纹波小于10%,绕组的电流波形很接近方波,验证了相关分析的正确性。This paper proposes a type of double-frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) control scheme which is used to apply in the drive case of rectangular brushless DC motor(BLDCM) with little induction which is difficult to be well controlled with traditional PWM control scheme because the switch frequency is not high enough. The winding current waveform whose charge/discharge frequency is double to switch frequency can be improved with the proposed double-frequency PWM control scheme, because winding current ripple can be reduced with higher charge/discharge frequency of winding current. The operation principle of proposed scheme was analyzed, and was in applied to control a BLDCM with 125μH of winding inductor using XC886 as the main control chip. The experimental result indicated that the steady-state current ripple was smaller than 10% when the charge/discharge frequency was doubled, and the winding current was in proximity to ideal rectangular. The validity of relative analysis is demonstrated.
