摘  要:针对硬轴联结多台异步电动机之间存在强制同步、转矩耦合以及性能偏差等问题,提出一种基于多DTC和在线参数辨识相结合的硬轴联结多电机功率平衡控制方法。构造速度和转矩平衡双闭环控制系统,既满足对整个系统进行速度控制,又避免个别电机因载荷不均衡而烧损。在线辨识器用于准确识别电机参数的变化,提高DTC控制精度及其实用性。在Matlab/Simulink环境下,建立硬轴联结多电机速度及功率平衡控制系统模型,选择电机参数一致正常、参数异常以及交流供电故障等几种常见状况,在高速、低速、加速、减速和正负转矩等条件下,仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。Considering mandatory synchronization, torque coupling and performance deviation among multimotors with fixed joint, a novel multi-motor power balance control scheme based on multi-DTC (direct torque control) and on-line parameter identification is presented. Double loop-closed control of speed control and torque balance among fixed joint multi-motor system was realized, which prevented individual motor from overload. On-line identification was used to accurately identify the change of motor parameters, improve DTC control accuracy and performance. In Matlab/Simulink environment, the model of multi-motor speed and power balance control was built. Simulation is conducted under different working states, such as normal and abnormal electrical parameters of motors, breakdown electricity supply, high speed, low speed, acceleration and deceleration. Simulation results verify that the proposed scheme is valid.
