摘 要:六开关三相四线PWM整流器拓扑是适合于中大功率高频UPS装置的前级整流器拓扑。与常规的六开关三相三线整流器相比,三相四线整流器输出正负直流母线,并且输入侧存在零序电流通路,如果沿用三相三线整流器的控制方法,必然会引起很大的中线电流。针对此问题。讨论了三相四线PWM整流器输出为正负直流母线电压均衡控制和中线电流控制问题,建立了三相四线整流器数学模型,分析了中线电流产生的机理以及抑制的方法,设计了基于同步旋转坐标系的三相四线整流器的控制算法。在功率40kW的实验样机上验证了控制方法的有效性,保证了输出正负母线电压的平衡及较小的输入电流谐波。The six switches three-phase four-wire rectifier is an appropriate front stage rectifier of the higher power high frequency UPS. Compared with the three-phase three-wire rectifier, the four-wire rectifier produces the positive and negative DC link voltage. For the existence of the zero-wire, the central current would be serious if the control method of three-wire rectifier is used to control the four-wire rectifier. Both the balance control of positive and negative DC link voltage and the probiem of central wire current control are discussed. The mathematic model of three-phase four-wire rectifier is built. The original and control method of the central wire current is analyzed. The control system based on synchronous coordinate is built. A 40kW prototype with wonderful experimental results was built to verify the effectiveness of the controlled strategy.
