摘 要:对开关磁阻电动机的磁场进行了分析,得到了电机铁心各部分的磁通密度波形及变化规律。在磁场分析所得数据的基础上,对磁密波形进行了傅里叶级数分解,把非正弦磁密波形分解和转化为一系列不同频率的正弦波形,由此计算出开关磁阻电动机铁损中的涡流损耗与磁滞损耗,并在传统数学模型分析的基础上加上了修正因子。最后对一台2.2kW的开关磁阻电动机进行了铁耗和其它损耗计算,比较了电机磁场的谐波含量对铁心损耗的影响,为减少开关磁阻电动机铁心损耗、提高电机的效率及优化设计提供了理论基础。Magnetic field analysis for switched reluctance motor was performed and flux waveforms in different parts of the motor iron core were gained in this paper. Based on the data of magnetic field analysis,the flux density waveforms were decomposed to Fourier series and transfered to sine waves of different frequencies. In the same time,the eddy current losses and hysteresis losses in switched reluctance motor's iron core were calculated and correct gene was added to the mathemati- cal model. Finally,iron core losses and other losses of a 2.2 kW switched reluctance motor were calculated and the effect of the harmonic waveforms on iron core losses was analyzed. The research provided theoretical foundation for the reduction of iron core losses, the improvement of the efficiency and the optimization of the design.
