摘  要:目的探讨突发性聋与血清脂质代谢、血尿酸之间的关系。方法回顾性分析突发性聋住院患者100例的病史特点、血液学检查和影像学检查结果,检测其血清中甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度胆固醇、低密度胆固醇、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B、血尿酸的含量。结果突发性聋组高密度胆固醇低于对照组,血尿酸值高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各年龄组之间的高密度胆固醇、尿酸值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组之间的甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度胆固醇、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B值均差异无统计学意义。结论高密度胆固醇下降、尿酸代谢紊乱是突发性聋发生的危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship between changes of serum lipid metabolism, uric acid and sudden sensorineurol heating loss(SSNHL). Methods The senun levels of triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(CHO), high density lipoprotein-cholesteml(HDL-CH), low density lipopmtein-cholesteml(LDL-CH), apolipoprotein AI(Apo AI), apolipoprotein B (Apo B)and uric acid(UA) in 100 patients with sudden sensorineurol heating loss and 56 controls were determined. Results The serum levels of high lipoprotein-cholesterol were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05) and uric acid significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05) in the sudden sensorineural hearing loss group in comparison with the control group. There were no significant differences of high lipopmtein-cholesteml or uric acid in any age-group, also there were no significant differences in levels ofTG, CHO, LDL-CH, ApoAI and ApoB between the sudden sensorineural hearing loss groups and the control groups( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Metabolic disturbance of serum lipids and uric acid in patients with sudden sensorineurol hearing loss may be related to the etiology of sudden sensorineural hearing loss.
