SCR烟气脱硝自动控制系统及其在国华三河电厂的应用

摘　　要：介绍了国华三河电厂二期2×300MW机组的烟气脱硝自动控制系统,该控制系统的控制策略不仅算法过程简单、参数整定方式清晰、对象识别速度快,而且充分利用随动关系对应的摩尔比,以及用比例控制方式,解决了烟气出口NOx浓度因大惯性而难于控制的问题。对实际运行参数检验表明,该控制系统鲁棒性强,达到了各项控制指标,较好地满足了脱硝自动化控制的要求,并具有较强的通用性和实用性。The automatic control system of flue gas denitrification for 2 × 300 MW units in Sanhe Power Plant has been presented, the control strategy of said control system not only has simple algorithm process, but also uses the mole ratio corresponding to the follow- up relation and the proportional control mode,solving the difficult problem of controlling the concentration of NOx at exit of flue gas due to its large inertia. Through inspection of actual operation parameters, it shows that the said control system has strong robustness,satisfying better the requirements of automatic control in flue gas denitrification, having stronger universality and practicality for selective catalystic reduction（SCR）denitrification system.
