摘 要:对广西某菜地和桑园周围的菜粉蝶成虫的调查结果表明,菜粉蝶微粒子病自然感染率在30%以上,且上半年高于下半年;菜粉蝶微孢子虫与典型家蚕微孢子虫(Nosema bombycis,N.b)比较研究结果表明,菜粉蝶微孢子虫呈长椭圆形,大小约4.70μm×2.30μm,与N.b存在差异,采用PCR技术鉴别也证明菜粉蝶微孢子虫与N.b不同;通过添食感染家蚕,发现菜粉蝶微孢子虫对家蚕有较强的食下感染能力,也有轻微的胚种传染能力,证明菜粉蝶微孢子虫对蚕种生产具有潜在的危害性,应重视防治。The aduhs of Pieris rapae L. in a vegetable field and around mulberry fields in Guangxi were investigated, and the results showed that the infection rate of pebrine of Pieris rapae L. was more than 30%, and that of the first half year was higher than that of the later half year. As compared with Nosema bombyeis (N.b), the microsporidium of Pieris rapae L. was long oval in shape as different with the Nosema bombycis (N.b), and the spore size was 4.70μm×2.30μm. The microsporidium of Pieris rapae L. was identified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and it was different with the typical species of Nosema bombycis (N.b). The microsporidium isolated from Pieris rapae L. had strong oral infection and weak transovarian transmission to silkworm when silkworm was fed with mulberry leaves infected by microsporidium. These results indicated that the microsporidium isolated from Pieris rapae L. had potential damage to silkworm eggs production, so it should be paid more attention to controlling.
