摘　　要：2006年上海社保基金案反映出我国在养老保险基金管理及投资运营层面存在很大漏洞,给我国养老保险基金安全造成巨大影响。因此设计一套能够及时反映基金安全的预警机制,在社保基金危机发生之前及时预报警情,显得越来越重要。预警指标体系作为预警机制的核心部分,应成为当前预警研究的重点。The case of old-age fund that happened in Shanghai in 2006 exposed many loopholes in China＇s old-age insurance fund management and investment operations. These loopholes caused enormous impact on the security of old-age insurance fund. Therefore, how to design a timely pre-waming mechanism has become more and more important. How to make index system the core of pre-warning system has become the focus of pre-warning study.
