摘　　要：气管切开是烧伤病人抢救治疗中常用的抢救措施。为提高救治成功率，本文总结了21例患者的护理，重点对气管切开后护理中套管脱出问题，在分析其原因的基础上，提出用观察患者颈围肿胀来判断脱管和预防脱管的方法。同时，对管内吸引、呼吸道湿化和套管的选择作了护理要点的阐述。This paper summarizes the experience in nursing 321 cases of brun post trachectomy. Cannula coming off was a troublesome problem. The a uthor suggested that swelling in rieckis an indication of cannula coming off,so careful observation would help to make the judgement.The author also suggetsed methods for preventing cannula coming off. Detailed descriptions ofnllrsing work such as intra -cannula suction, respiratory tract moisturization and selection of cannula, etc Were presented.
