新疆草业产业化的SWOT分析

摘　　要：文章运用SWOT分析方法,全面分析了新疆草业产业化发展的机会和威胁,并提出了新疆草业产业化的总体构想,即新疆草业产业化要选择规模化区域布局战略、企业化经营战略、外向型发展战略、质量建设工程战略和牧民适度定居战略。This paper employs the approach of SWOT analysis to comprehensively evaluate the opportunities and threats in the process of industrialization and development of the grass industry in Xinjiang.On this basis,an overall proposal is made,that is,the industrialization of the grass industry in Xinjiang should select strategy of regional layout of scale,strategy of entrepreneurial management of grass industry,strategy of export-oriented,strategy of quality construction,strategy of herders' appropriate settlement.
