复方中药对慢性萎缩性胃炎细胞增殖抑制及PCNA、p53表达的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察胃萎Ⅰ号治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果,并从细胞增殖凋亡和相关基因的表达方面探讨其作用机理。【方法】120例患者均经胃镜与病理检查证实为慢性萎缩性胃炎,分成两组,分别采用胃萎Ⅰ号、三九胃泰冲剂治疗,免疫组化检测PCNA、p53的表达。【结果】治疗组(胃萎Ⅰ号)综合疗效优于对照组(三九胃泰)(P<0.05),治疗组症状缓解总有效率为73.24%,对照组症状缓解总有效率48.26%,两组相比显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组细胞增殖指数、PCNA和p53表达率分别从20.8%、78.05%、40.91%下降至6.5%、58.54%、13.64%(P<0.05),对照组上述指标无明显变化。【结论】胃萎Ⅰ号能有效治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,其机理可能是通过抑制PCNA和p53表达,抑制过度增殖,诱导胃黏膜细胞凋亡。[ Objective] To study the effect of Weiweiyihao Granule on treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis , and the mechanism of apoptosis and proliferation and its relative genes expression. [Methods] There are 120 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis are di- vided into 2 groups, Chinese herbal observation group （treatment group blow） and Sanjiuweitai Granule control group （control group blow） . The expression of PCNA and p53 were detected by immunohistochemical method separately. [ Remits] The comprehensive efficiency rate of treatment group is higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate in the improvement of the symptom in treatment group （73.24%） are obviously higher than those in control group （48.26%） .The proliferation index and PCNA and p53 expression rate were significantly decreased from 20.8%, 78.05%, 40.91% to 6.5%, 58.54%, 13.64% （P 〈 0.05） . Control group didn＇t display obvious effect on proliferation and genes expression. [Conclusions] Weiweiyihao Granule is effective to Chronic Atrophic Gastritis , induce significantly gastric epithelial apoptesis , suppress PCNA and p53 expression.
