摘  要:【目的】研究酸枣仁总生物碱对小鼠抑郁模型的影响。【方法】将50只小鼠按体重随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、酸枣仁总生物碱低、中、高剂量组,总共5个组。利用拮抗小鼠的利血平诱导体温下降实验、悬尾应激实验和空场实验等抑郁模型考察酸枣仁总生物碱的抗抑郁活性。【结果】酸枣仁总生物碱能缩短小鼠悬尾的不动时间,3个剂量组之间存在剂量依赖关系。在拮抗利血平引起的体温下降实验中,给予酸枣仁总生物碱1 h后能有效地拮抗小鼠体温下降。空场实验表明各组间小鼠自主活动无显著性差异。【结论】酸枣仁总生物碱具有一定的抗小鼠实验性抑郁作用。[ Objective] To observe the antidepressant effect of total alkaloids from semen zizyphi spinesae in mice. [Methods] According to body weight, 50 mice were divided into blank control group, positive control group, low dose group, moderate dose group , high dose group randomly.'I'ne total alkaloids from semen zizyphi spinosae were examined by tail suspension test (TST) , reserpine reversal test (RRT) and open field test (OFT) in mice. [Results] The result showed that total alkaloids could markedly shorten immobility time in tail suspension tests in a dose- dependent manner, and ameliorated reserpine- induced hypothermia. There were no significant differences on mice spontaneous activity in OFT. [ Conclusions] The total alkaloids from semen zizyphi spinosae possesses antidepressant effects.
