酸性成纤维细胞生长因子对家兔血液凝固时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(acidic Fibroblast Growth Factor,aFGF)对兔血液凝固时间的影响。方法:①体外实验:从兔的颈总动脉插管采血,设置实验(aFGF)组和对照(生理盐水)组,采用玻片法进行全血凝血时间(CT)测定;②体内实验:先静脉给予兔aFGF1000U/kg(实验组),5min后颈动脉插管采血,进行血浆凝血酶原时间测定(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间测定(APTT);对照组用生理盐水。结果:aFGF对体外CT无显著影响(P>0.05),但可使APTT、PT明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:aFGF可能通过稳定凝血酶原结构和凝血酶活性,维护血液正常的溶胶状态,但一旦凝血过程发生则有促进血液凝固的作用。Objective：To study the effect of aFGF on blood coagulation time in rabbits. Methods：①Test in vitro： the blood samples taken from rabbit cervical common carotid were divided into test （aFGF） and control （saline） group. The blood coagulation time（CT） was tested by slide method. ②Test in vivo： aFGF（1 000 U/kg）was injected into the rabbits from veins for 5 min,then the blood samples were taken from cervical common carotid. Prothrombin times （PT）,partial thromboplastin times（APTT）of plasma were tested. Result：aFGF had not effect on CT（ P ）0.05）, but could shorten APTT and PT（ P d0.05）. Conclusion： aFGF might maintain normal soluble-gel status of blood by stabilizing the structure of prothrombin and the activity of thromboplastin, but when blood coagulation was occurred, aFGF would have a promoting effect of blood coagulation.
