摘　　要：对水电站大坝安全管理,国家电力监察委员会颁发了一系列规定,本文简述了与丰满大坝安全管理及维修加固有关的政府要求,回顾了开展定检以来部分"病坝"、"险坝"的出路,阐述了确定丰满大坝为"病坝"的主要病症以及大坝安全监察中心在确定丰满"病坝"时考虑的摘帽出路与管理意见。State Electricity Regulatory Commission has issued a series of stipulations to control the dam safety of the hydropower stations. This article has summarized the related government requirements on the Fengman dam safety management and rehabilitation, reviewed the development of the parts of the dams with defects and risks since the periodic dam safety inspection performed, and elaborated the main defective situation to identify Fengman dam as the dam with defect, as well as the management comments and the solution suggested by LSDDS of SERC for Fengman dam when it was determined as the dam with defects.
