摘　　要：丰满大坝在第二次安全定期检查中被评定为"病坝",引起了行业和社会的关注。本文根据设计、施工、运行期加固补强和监测等历史资料和近期大坝勘探、分析成果,叙述了大坝安全状况、评价结论和存在的主要问题,以便于行业和社会对丰满大坝的安全状态有一个全面、客观的认识。Fengman dam was evaluated as the dam with defects in its second periodic dam safety inspection. It caused the concerns from the society and the electicpower system. This paper described the dam safety state, evaluation comments and the main issues existed according to the historical information, such as rehabilitation and dam monitoring data during design, construction opera- tion, as well as the analysis results of the recently dam exploration and review. Thus, the comprehensive and objective understanding and consideration should be gotten to the safety situation of Fengman Dam from the society and the electricpower system.
