摘  要:绞股蓝皂甙SH-6(GynosaponinSH-6)可抑制小白鼠自发性活动,增加戊巴比妥钠催眠阈下剂量的睡眠率和延长其催眠剂量的睡眠时间。腹腔注射绞股蓝皂甙SH-621mg/kg可降低大鼠脑内边缘叶区去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量(P<0.05),明显提高高香草酸(HVA)(P<0.01)、二羟苯乙酸(DOPAC)(P<0.01)和5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)(P<0.05)含量,10.5mg/kg仅提高高香草酸含量(P<0.05);绞股蓝皂甙SH-6(21mg/kg)提高大鼠脑内纹状体区二羟苯乙酸的含量(P<0.05)。结果表明绞股蓝皂甙SH-6的镇静。Intraperitoneal injection (ip) of gynosaponin SH-6 inhibited the spontaneous motion, enhanced the asleep rate (subthreshold doses) and prolonged the asleep time (superthreshold doses )of sodium pentobarbital in mice. Gynosaponin SH-6(21 mg/kg) ip decreased the level of noradrenaline (P<0.05), obviously increased the levels of homovanillic acid (P<0.01), 3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid (P<0.01) and 5_hydroxyindole acetic acid (P<0.05) in the limbic area of rat brain, and increased the level of 3, 4_dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid (P<0.05) in the striatum of rat brain. Gynosaponin SH_6 (10.5mg/kg) ip only increased the homovanillic acid (P<0.05) in the limbic area of rat brain. The results showed that the mechanism of sedative and hypnotic effects of gynosaponin SH-6 may relate to monamines decreased in the limbic area of rat brain.
