摘 要:介绍LC/MS/MS技术(liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,液相色谱-质谱-质谱联用技术)在药代动力学研究中的应用进展.以国内外大量有代表性的论文为依据,进行分析、归纳和整理.结果表明,该项技术是一种快速灵敏的定量分析生物样品中微量药物及其代谢产物的有效方法,已成为药代动力学研究及新药开发的重要工具.在高通量测定生物样品、药代动力学研究等方面发挥着不可替代的作用.The research progress that the A large number of representative papers LC-MS/MS technology was applied in pharmaeokinetie studies is introduced. in both at home and abroad was analyzed , summarized and summed up. The results showed that the technology was an effective way of sensitive and rapid quantitative analysis of trace substances in biological samples and its metabolites. It had become an important tool for the pharmacokinetic study and the development of new drugs. It played an irreplaceable role In high-throughput determination of biological samples and pharmacokinetic studies.
